Gizlilik Sözleşmesi

Vird, doğrulanmış günlük ayet, dua ve zikir sunan bir iOS uygulamasıdır. Gizliliğinize saygı, uygulamanın temel tasarım ilkesidir: Vird çevrimdışı çalışır ve verileriniz cihazınızda kalır. Bu sözleşme, hangi verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

1. Kısaca

Hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez; sizden ad, e-posta veya kimlik bilgisi istemeyiz.
Okuma geçmişiniz, seriniz, favorileriniz, koleksiyonlarınız ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Herhangi bir analitik, izleme veya reklam SDK'sı kullanmayız; verilerinizi satmayız ve paylaşmayız.
Uygulama, satın alma işlemleri dışında bir sunucuya kişisel veri göndermez.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızdaki yerel veritabanında tutulur ve bize iletilmez:

Okuduğunuz içerikler ve günlük okuma seriniz (streak),
Favorileriniz ve oluşturduğunuz koleksiyonlar,
Zikir sayaç ilerlemeniz,
Dil, tema, Arapça metin boyutu ve bildirim tercihleriniz.

Bu veriler iCloud yedeklemeniz açıksa, Apple'ın standart cihaz yedeklemesi kapsamında sizin iCloud hesabınızda yedeklenebilir; bu yedek bize erişilebilir değildir.

3. Bildirimler

Uygulama, seçtiğiniz anlar için (sabah, akşam veya özel saat) yerel bildirimler planlar. Bu bildirimler cihazınızda oluşturulur; bir sunucudan push bildirimi göndermeyiz. Bildirimlere izin vermemeyi seçebilir veya iOS Ayarları'ndan istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

4. Widget'lar

Ana ekran ve kilit ekranı widget'ları, içeriği cihazınızdaki yerel verilerden üretir. Widget'lar herhangi bir veri toplamaz veya dışarı göndermez.

5. Satın almalar

Vird Premium, isteğe bağlı bir abonelik veya ömür boyu satın almadır. Satın alma işlemleri Apple App Store üzerinden gerçekleşir ve abonelik durumu RevenueCat, Inc. aracılığıyla yönetilir. Bir satın alma yaptığınızda:

Ödeme bilgileriniz yalnızca Apple tarafından işlenir; Vird bu bilgilere erişmez.
RevenueCat, aboneliğinizi doğrulamak için işlem bilgisi ve uygulama tarafından üretilen anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği ile cihaz tanımlayıcılarını işleyebilir.
Bu işleme, yalnızca premium erişiminizi doğru şekilde tanımak için yapılır; reklam veya profilleme için kullanılmaz.

6. Toplamadığımız veriler

Konum, kişiler, fotoğraflar, sağlık verileri veya benzeri hassas verilere erişmez, bunları toplamayız. Reklam kimliği (IDFA) kullanmayız ve üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarına veri sağlamayız.

7. Veri saklama ve silme

Verileriniz cihazınızda kaldığından, denetim sizdedir. Uygulamayı silmeniz, cihazınızdaki tüm Vird verilerini kaldırır. Satın alma geçmişiniz Apple hesabınıza bağlıdır ve "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" ile geri getirilebilir.

8. Çocuklar

Vird genel bir izleyici kitlesine yöneliktir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Zaten hiçbir kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.

9. İçerik ve kaynaklar

Kur'an çevirileri, lisansı ve atfıyla birlikte gösterilir. Metinlerin doğruluğuna önem veririz; her satır kaynağını taşır.

10. Bu sözleşmedeki değişiklikler

Bu sözleşmeyi zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yer alır.

Privacy Policy

Vird is an iOS app that offers verified daily Qur'an ayah, dua and dhikr. Respect for your privacy is a core design principle: Vird works offline and your data stays on your device. This policy explains what is processed and how.

1. In short

You do not need an account; we never ask for your name, email or identity.
Your reading history, streak, favorites, collections and settings are stored only on your device.
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs; we do not sell or share your data.
The app sends no personal data to any server, other than for processing purchases.

2. Data stored on your device

The following is kept only in a local database on your device and is never sent to us:

The content you read and your daily reading streak,
Your favorites and the collections you create,
Your dhikr counter progress,
Your language, theme, Arabic text size and notification preferences.

If your iCloud backup is enabled, this data may be included in Apple's standard device backup under your own iCloud account; that backup is not accessible to us.

3. Notifications

The app schedules local notifications for the moments you choose (morning, evening or a custom time). These are created on your device; we do not send push notifications from any server. You can decline notification permission or turn them off anytime in iOS Settings.

4. Widgets

Home and lock screen widgets render their content from local data on your device. Widgets collect and transmit no data.

5. Purchases

Vird Premium is an optional subscription or lifetime purchase. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store, and entitlement status is managed via RevenueCat, Inc. When you make a purchase:

Your payment details are handled solely by Apple; Vird never accesses them.
RevenueCat may process transaction information together with an app-generated anonymous user identifier and device identifiers to validate your subscription.
This processing exists only to correctly recognize your premium access; it is not used for advertising or profiling.

6. Data we do not collect

We do not access or collect your location, contacts, photos, health data or similar sensitive data. We use no advertising identifier (IDFA) and provide no data to third-party ad networks.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because your data stays on your device, you are in control. Deleting the app removes all Vird data from your device. Your purchase history is tied to your Apple account and can be restored with "Restore Purchases".

8. Children

Vird is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. We do not collect personal data from any user in the first place.

9. Content and sources

Qur'an translations are shown with their license and attribution. We care about the accuracy of the texts; every line carries its source.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. The current version always lives at this address.
